Innovation -  How to cultivate your idea?

It is important to develop your idea to be able to make it in proper shape to make to ready for draft.

First identify the problem by observing it. 

Define the current and future state and identify the gaps for the problem:

Current State -> Gap -> Future State

So how to cultivate it and make it ready for solution:

  • Define the problem statement clearly based on the current state
  • Identify all the aspect of the problem
  • Think about the scenarios on the problem
  • Explain the problem with some examples 
  • Clearly state the targeted points of the problem

Identify the Gap:
  • List down the gaps issues in the current state
  • Think about the solution on these gaps
  • Create a logical layout of the solution
  • Write down the steps to achieve the future state by filling the gaps identified
  • Write down the in scope and not in scope claims
  • Cover the scenarios identified in the problem statement

Link the solution with the future state by fulfilling the gaps from current state

Create the flow/diagram to explain the solution.
