Innovation - Protect your idea

Innovation : Innovators invent new methods of doing things. These inventions can helpful to the society for people's good or can be a way to earn money.  So it becomes important to the inventor to secure their idea and protract it form any unauthorized use by other to earn money and claim the solution as their idea. The five legal tools for protecting ideas are  Patents,  Trademarks,  Copyrights,  Trade dress unfair competition laws,  and Trade secrets.  Some of these legal tools can also be used creatively as marketing aids, and often more than one form of protection is available for a single design or innovation So get the idea protected under any one of the above on your name or if you want it to be used by anyone and make it open for social good at least publish it in any general so you can claim at any point if need in case someone tries to misuse it or claims as their idea.

Innovation - How to become an Inventor?

Innovation:  There are multiple drivers for innovations. An invention can be either Driven by specific problem statement Driven by passion  Driven by sense of giving back to the society  Driven by gaps in the existing system Driven by need of the time and so on. Everyday there are so many things happening around us. If you are a good observer you can identify a problem which is a general problem or any specific problem.  General problem are easy to observed by most of the people but only few people are able to identify specific problem in surrounding or in any existing system. If a person is able identify the specific problems and able to think on solving it. It will lead to inventing the new methods of doing the thing in better way or address the problem. Observation is one of the quality for inventors!! So try to observer the situations around you and think on solving if there are any problems.
